ION research overview

The ION RPDU will disseminate cutting edge research and promote its application to academic and non-academic audiences through –

To provide an international research and professional development platform that encourages global dialogue in the field by inviting novel collaborations, promoting discourse and sharing ideas and resources worldwide with inclusion of ND researchers and individuals at the core.
To provide global learning opportunities, that will be co-designed to increase awareness, understanding and acceptance, to a wide and varied audience including parents, educational professionals (across all stages of education), employers, criminal justice practitioners, Mental Health clinicians and Allied Health Professionals.
To promote high quality inclusive international co-designed research and encourage its global application in the field through the development of the journal Neurodiversity together with supporting and inviting international research collaborations and networks.
To promote the global development of co-designed high-quality practical resources to provide support in the areas of education, recreation and employment
